Homeschool Cooperative Educating in Central Florida
We REALLY do mean inclusive.
HCECF was once described by the leader of another homeschool group in town "as the only truly inclusive group around." We are NOT a secular group, we are an inclusive group - there is a difference. We are not looking for folks to hide their religious differences, but rather embrace them. In HCECF, members from many different faiths, atheists and agnostics, spiritual and not have proven that you can build a truly inclusive community all it takes is tolerance and respect for each other. This respect and tolerance is easily paired with providing like-minded groups the opportunity to meet for their own spiritual growth with others on the same path. Faith based coops and events are allowed and encouraged at HCECF, we just make sure that they are clearly labeled, so folks find the ones that best meet their needs.
Christian Bible Study
Christian Bible Study Coop
Using the Bible Study Guide for All Ages as our core curriculum, we meet as Christians and study the Bible and the lives of various biblical characters from both the Old and New Testaments. We learn about the life and teachings of Jesus in each lesson and also learn how to apply the Bible to our own lives. Maps and timelines are utilized in our studies along with fun biblical songs and crafts.
This class is suitable for all ages, with student pages available from age 3 through adult.

Faith-Based Coops & Holiday Celebrations
HCECF often has coops or holiday celebrations that focus on different faiths and cultures holiday traditions. These coops are always clearly descibed, so that families can pick which ones best suit their needs.
Pagan Homeschool Meetup
Pagan Homeschool Meetups
Pagan homeschooling families in the Central Florida area meeting and planning local get togethers and activities with other like-minded folks. A Pagan Homeschool Meetup occurs monthly at the Pagan Picnic in Langford Park.
