2008 Drum Building Registration Form

Registration Deadline 4/10. It is now officially past the registration date. We are allowing LIMITED registration open (subject to close at anytime). Many items we can not leave open past 4/10 because of the preparation time needed.

You are NOT registered until payment is complete.

Payments are non-refundable.

Camping or Daytripping

  PER PERSON, age 3+ event fee admission charge covers the entire three day weekend - $5.00 (PER PERSON means 3 family members x $5 = $15 weekend event fee)

EVERYONE, even RV campers and daytrippers need to pay the above fee. This is how we cover the cost for the other activities.

 PER PERSON, age 3+, FRIDAY night (5/2) group tent camping $3.00 (PER PERSON means 3 family members x $3 = $9 per night camping for that family.)

 PER PERSON, age 3+, SATURDAY night (5/3) group tent camping $3.00 (PER PERSON means 3 family members x $3 = $9 per night camping for that family).

RV CAMPERS make your own arrangements through the park (407) 886-4231. PLEASE email us your spot number once you have it!

Be sure to add your electronic signature below for the site waiver! This is not a drop off event, you are responsible for your kids at all times. No pets are permitted in the activity areas - it is best to leave them at home. If you have concerns about any portion of the event, please do not allow your child to participate in that activity.

I hereby grant to the HCECF and to its employees, agents and assigns the right to photograph myself and my dependent and use the photo and or other digital reproduction of him/her or other reproduction of his/her physical likeness for publication processes, whether electronic, print, digital or electronic publishing via the Internet. We will not identify a child by name on the internet.

We release and hold harmless all the sponsors and participants of this event (including, but not limited to HCECF, Homeschool Cooperative Educating in Central Florida, Inc, McK-Kreations, Orange County Parks and Recreation Department from any and all claims for loss, damage and/or injury of any nature or property resulting from the program or activities.
